The Bracken County Public Library has an open board of trustees position.

Any person interested in the position, please look on the library website or

come by the library for an application. The Library Board is looking to select the 

two names to be submitted for this opening on the library board as soon as possible 

The applications of those not selected will be kept on file at the library for future board openings. 

Regular Library Board Meetings are on the first Monday of each month at 5:00PM. 

Board members serve 4-year terms and are unpaid for their service beyond

the thanks of a grateful community and the light refreshments the director provides

at the meetings.

Of special note, this current opening is for unexpired/unfinished term, so the person

selected will serve the 2 1/2 years remaining of board member who resigned.

Please consider serving on the Library Board if Trustees and help make a difference

in the Bracken County community.
